Open the Shopify shipping confirmation sent for your Cova order to the email address used at checkout. Use the tracking link in that email to see the shipment updates.

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and confirm you are checking the email address used at checkout. An order confirmation and a shipping confirmation are different messages. If you still need help finding your tracking details, contact Cova with your order number and checkout email.

Carrier tracking can take time to update after a shipment is created. Check the tracking page again for the latest information. A shipment notification does not always mean the carrier has completed its first scan.

Standard shipping is free worldwide and usually takes 7–14 days. Paid express shipping details, when available, are shown at checkout. See Shipping Information for more information.

Check the delivery address and any carrier delivery notes. If you cannot locate the parcel or need help with a delay, contact Cova with your order details and tracking reference.
