Shipping Information

Cova offers free standard shipping worldwide. Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 days. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed arrival date; timing can vary by destination and carrier.

Express shipping is the paid alternative to standard shipping. If express shipping is available for your order, its price and any delivery estimate will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking is sent through Cova shipping emails. Open the shipping confirmation sent to the email address used at checkout, then follow its tracking link. Visit Track My Order for help finding your shipment.

Check your shipping email and carrier tracking page for updates. If your package is delayed, tracking is unclear, or it shows delivered but you cannot find it, contact Cova with your order number and checkout email.

Review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake afterward, contact Cova as soon as possible. We will check whether a correction is still possible.
