Billing Help

Cova sells products and offers different memberships, subscriptions, refill plans, and recurring services. Monthly plan prices vary: some plans are $15.99/month, some are $29.99/month, and others have different prices. There is no single recurring price that applies to every Cova customer.

Use the amount, billing frequency, and terms shown at your checkout and in your order or plan confirmation. A product purchase and a recurring plan may have different charges. Do not assume a price advertised for one plan applies to another.

Check your Cova order and plan confirmations, including any recurring purchase you selected. If a charge still looks unfamiliar, contact Cova with your order number if available, checkout email, charge date, amount, and the statement description. Do not send your full card number, security code, or banking password.

Billing frequency, any trial, and cancellation terms depend on the plan you selected. Refer to the terms supplied with that plan. If you need help identifying or canceling a plan, contact Cova. We can review the request with you.
